On the other hand, you can order service and goods together and thus save postage. We send your orders to the labs twice a week by courier. Then they are returned by courier and we distribute them to our mail-order customers. Expect up to two weeks processing time.

Please be sure to include your webshop order number or at least your address (don't laugh, it happens more often than you think).
We will then develop your film according to the processing you ordered (i.e. with or without contact/CD) and return it to you.

General conditions for photographic commissions:

1) We accept photographic work exclusively on the terms and conditions set out below.
2) We treat your films/negatives/photos etc. with the greatest possible care. Should damage nevertheless occur to the materials submitted, we will replace the material with new unexposed material of equal value. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
3) Handicrafts are carried out by us to the best of our knowledge and belief. If no exact specifications have been made, we will produce prints that correspond in brightness and contrast to what we or Heiland Computer consider to be optimal. A return of the photos is only possible in case of obvious processing errors (e.g. stains, creases, deviation from the exact specifications etc.). In these cases we will produce new work.
4) Negatives and pictures that have not been collected become our property after 24 months.
Please do not mix the development order with films that you want to have exposed first and then developed! In this case you would have to place two orders. One for the film and one for the (later) development and (of course) also pay postage twice.
