As every year Ilford offers the possibility to order selected flat films within the "ULF campaign" (Ultra Large Film). Until August 16, 2020 we will collect all orders before they are sent to Ilford. Experience shows that production and packaging takes 10-12 weeks, so that the goods are not ready for delivery until around September/October.

These items are made to order, so it is not possible to cancel or exchange the goods after August 16, 2020.

The Ilford HP5 Plus is a fine grain, high speed black and white film with a nominal sensitivity of ISO 400/27°. Its good edge sharpness and high resolving power distinguish it from other films. It is the ideal companion for taking pictures of moving subjects, and even masters difficult lighting conditions (available light). Its sensitivity can be pushed up to ISO 3200/36°. The HP5 is a real all-rounder and with the FP4 the Ilford classic.

All Plus films can be processed by all common methods, including those with quick fix and short soaking. So when changing from another film of comparable speed to the HP5 Plus there is no need to change the usual processing technique. All Plus films prove to be very resistant during processing, guarantee first-class results under almost all conditions and can even cope with unfavourable processing conditions.
